A: We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your ticketed showtime to allow yourself time to get a drink and snack and to get the best experience.
Q: How long does the experience last?
A: The average duration is 60-80 minutes but this can vary based on how quickly the guests move through the experience.
Q: Who should not attend?
A: We strongly discourage bringing babies, young children or people that are seriously terrified. There are no refunds. In addition, anyone who is pregnant, has heart conditions, is prone to seizures or anyone in poor health should not attend. This event has fog, blood and strobe lights.

A: Unfortunately only trained service dogs are allowed.

A: Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date, subject to availability.

A: While there’s no strict dress code, we encourage dressing in dark colors (you can never wear too much black) to enhance the immersive experience and costumes are always welcomed and appreciated. Please avoid anything too offensive.

A: Yes, we offer group rates for parties of 10 or more. Please contact our group sales department for details.
Q: Can we go through as a group?
A: Yes, we can usually accommodate groups of up to 12-14 people for the best experience.
Q: Are there strobe lights or loud noises?
A: Yes, the experience includes various special effects including strobe lights, fog and loud noises. If you have sensitivities, please inform us when booking.
Q: Is parking available?
A: There are limited on-site parking spots on the left side of the lot marked in yellow, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Free street parking is available nearby, but it can be limited, especially during busy times.
If street parking is full, you may also find paid parking lots nearby such as at 714 N Alexandria Ave (0.1mi away) and 4160 Clinton St (0.2mi away).
