Q: What is an immersive haunted theater experience?
A: It’s a unique blend of an actual historically haunted venue and immersive theater where you become part of the story while professional actors create a spine-chilling narrative around you. It will take place in 4 different Victorian mansions and the grounds that surround them.
Q: What time should I arrive?
A: We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your ticketed showtime to allow yourself time to enjoy the photo ops, drinks and snacks and to get the best experience.
Q: How long does the experience last?
A: The average duration is 60-80 minutes to experience all of the attractions but this can vary based on how quickly you move through the different environments.
Q: Who should not attend?
A: We strongly discourage bringing babies, young children or people that are seriously terrified. There are no refunds. In addition, anyone who is pregnant, has heart conditions, is prone to seizures or anyone in poor health should not attend. This event has fog and strobe lights.
Q: Can I bring a dog or pet?
A: Unfortunately only trained service dogs are allowed at Heritage Square .
Q: Is there an age restriction?
A: Due to the intense nature of the experience, we recommend it for ages 16 and up. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Q: How do I purchase tickets?
A: Tickets can be purchased online through our website or at the box office but it will sell out in advance..
Q: Are there different types of tickets available?
A: We offer standard admission tickets and VIP packages that include priority entry and exclusive bonuses.

A: Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date, subject to availability.
Q: Is the experience safe?
A: Safety is our top priority. All our staff are trained in safety procedures, and the venue adheres to strict safety regulations.

Q: What should I do if I get too scared during the experience?
A: Our actors are trained to recognize distressed guests. Please inform a guide and a staff member will assist you.
Q: Will I be touched by the actors?
A: Our policy is strictly no-touch. Actors may come close but will not make physical contact.
Q: Can I touch the props or scenery?
A: Although we encourage interaction with the environment, please do not touch the scenery or props. This is partially for your own safety. Some of the items you will see have a very haunted and dangerous history. Please be respectful and don’t remove or damage any items.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are a must. Some of the ground is uneven and the main path is covered in gravel. Avoid high heels.
Q: Can I bring personal items?
A: Definitely, but no weapons or self-defense items of any kind are allowed.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: While there’s no strict dress code, we encourage dressing in dark colors (you can never wear too much black) to enhance the immersive experience and to please avoid anything too offensive.
Q: Can I book for a large group?
A: Yes, we offer group rates for parties of 10 or more. Please contact our group sales department for details.
Q: Can we go through as a group?
A: Yes, we can usually accommodate groups of up to 12-14 people for the best experience.
Q: Are there strobe lights or loud noises?
A: Yes, the experience includes various special effects including strobe lights, fog and loud noises. If you have sensitivities, please inform us when booking.
Q: Is parking available?
A: We have a dedicated parking lot, and street parking is also available nearby.
Q: Can I come in costume?
A: Yes, in fact it is encouraged.
